Products may include customised embroidery, printing, or branding services.

3. Orders

All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, purchase order, or through our website.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

For customised or branded products, the customer must approve artwork, sizing, and specifications before production begins. Once approval is given, the order is final and non-cancellable.

IFOR Apparel Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion prior to production.

4. Samples Policy

We provide a maximum of two (2) samples per customer.

Additional samples may incur additional charges.

Estimated sample delivery time is up to 10 working days, depending on stock availability and customisation requirements.

Sample products may differ slightly from final production items due to manufacturing processes.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

Payment terms may include:

• Deposit payment before production

• Full payment before dispatch

• Alternative payment terms where agreed in writing

Orders may not enter production until the required payment or deposit has been received.

Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Samples: Up to 10 working days

• Bulk orders: Delivery schedules will be agreed per order

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production capacity, shipping conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

IFOR Apparel Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs clearance

• External logistics providers

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are:

• Unused

• Unworn

• In original condition

Customised, embroidered, printed, or branded items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.

If a defect is confirmed, IFOR Apparel Ltd may:

• Replace the item

• Repair the item

• Provide a refund at our discretion

8. Product Variations

Minor variations may occur in:

• Colour shades

• Fabric texture

• Print or embroidery placement

These variations are a normal result of textile manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, IFOR Apparel Ltd’s liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of business, profit, or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Intellectual Property

All client-provided artwork, logos, and designs remain the property of the client.

By submitting artwork, the client confirms that they have the legal right to use the design.

IFOR Apparel Ltd reserves the right to use non-confidential designs and completed work for marketing or portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Website Use

Users of this website agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

• Distribute malicious software or harmful code

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if misuse is detected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
